Viable started with a simple standard: understand the work, do it properly, and build a company people can rely on.

Viable Climate Control was built from hands-on experience in HVAC, refrigeration and gas. What started as a small, owner-operated company was based on a simple idea: give customers knowledgeable service, honest recommendations and workmanship that holds up long after the job is finished.

As Viable grew, so did the work. Residential heating and cooling expanded into commercial HVAC, refrigeration, gas and larger mechanical projects. The scope has changed, but the approach hasn’t — understand the system, communicate clearly, and do the work properly the first time.

Today, we’re building Viable around long-term relationships with homeowners, businesses, builders and property managers across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. Every project is approached with the same standard that started the company: do it right, make it last.
